We got Chanukah started early at Or Chadash with our pre-chag latke and pizza party. Thanks to all who made the event a success!
Women's Megillah Reading 2017
Despite the Great Power Outage of 2017, we had a wonderful turnout for Or Chadash's fourth annual Women's Megillah Reading. Many thanks to Michelle Sider for once again spearheading this unique community event; to Rabbi Eliezer Finkelman for providing rabbinic guidance; to Susie Kresch for opening her home for the last-minute venue change; to Vera Wexler for serving as gabbai; and to all ten women who leyned megillah in fulfillment of the mitzvah.

Hachnasat Sefer Torah
On Sunday, September 25, 2016, a festive procession escorted the Cohen family's new Sefer Torah to its new home at Or Chadash amid music and dancing. The Sefer Torah was written in memory of our teacher Rabbi Eliezer Cohen, the founder of Or Chadash.
